how to fix " failed to install local postgers database" when install HP mobile center server

Hi guys

Im trying to execute install HP mobile center server but I always get an error " failed to install local postgers database". (Attached image)
Can everyone tell me how to fix the above error?

    Hi,

    Mobile Center is launching standard PostgreSQL distributive via command line.So, in order to troubleshoot PostgreSQL installation:

    1. Please post installation log

    2. Run PostgreSQL install EXE on your machine (located in MC installation directory) and see if you are getting any error messages there (probably it is related to some pre-requsites like Microsoft C distributives conflict or similar). 

    Then we will be able to understand what's wrong on this environment that prevents PostgreSQL from being installed.
