How to test if correct list of cookies is used depending on user choice on a web page?

Hello,

how can I test if correct list of cookies is used depending on choice on a web page? Is it even possible using UFT One? 

I've found GetCookies method - https://admhelp.microfocus.com/uft/en/2021-2023/UFT_Help/Subsystems/OMRHelp/Content/Web/Utility_WebUtil.htm?Highlight=cookie#GetCookies, but it can be used only using Internet Explorer and URL need to be inserted as a parameter.

I need to check the cookies after selecting which cookies can be used on a web page as you can see on the picture below.
