UFT do not detect Mobile objects only Device Object

I am testing Android application that has been re-packaged then I installed it to the device. When I tried to Object Spy, the UFT could not detect any object, it only show Device Object.

I re-install the app twice but still get the same result.

What version of uft you are using?

We have 23.4 (no patches) and we also have this problem sometimes. To resolve, we have to shut down UFT and sometimes even restart the machines.

Initially we encounter this issue in UFT One 2023 but just like you, it also occur in version 23.4

We probably will open a ticket for this situation also. But from version to version we are getting different behaviors and errors.

Starts to be kinda frustrating, because new version should mean more stability and now we have afraid to upgrade.
