sorry for the trouble. the information here is not enough to make a reasonable guess. i suggest you open a support ticket for the team to investigate thoroughly, with logs and everything.

if movie recording is disable, it will not be crashing.

where i can get the log file in my installed uft computer to investigate and report your team with this log
