Fligh GUI app keeps on crashing while recording

Hi, I am new to UFT One. Whenever i start recording and interact with the app (Flight GUI) it crashes and does not record any input steps (other than if i move the applications position).

But if use the app without the recording it works fine. Also the application was working fine till yesterday.

Need help and guidance. Thanks
