UFT 24.2 - Web Application - Window Handler

Hi.


We are first time users of UFT and are encountering an issue where our application which navigates many windows through the course of the user journey appears to be recorded however, when playing back the script is not able to launch this windows independently. 

During the script play back when the step is stalled but the window required is launch manually the script continues to run. 

Can someone help with advice on how to resolve this issue?
