Making the right Selection

We are delighted to have collaborated with Citadel, a leader in cloud-hosted managed services, to provide Content Manager Select as a Service, our innovative managed service ECM solution.

The new offering provides customers a one-stop hosted solution for content management that builds on Citadel’s long-standing market presence for managed SaaS solutions, and Micro Focus’ industry-leading Content Manager technology. The new offering provides robust, innovative content management software in a SaaS model that lowers the total cost of ownership and offers unrivalled customer flexibility.

Micro Focus Content Manager – and Content Manager Select - is a governance-based enterprise content management (ECM) system designed to help government agencies, regulated industries and global organizations manage their business-critical content from cradle to grave. Featuring intuitive querying, flexible user types and an enriched user experience, the latest release of Content Manager, version 10, contains over 300 customer-suggested enhancements to offer our best ever support for today’s most challenging content management and compliance-related activities.

Content Manager Select is an all-inclusive subscription model that combines usage and support into a single user price. Content Manager is a perpetual license-based version of the same technology.

Meanwhile, Citadel’s ISO27001-certified Citadel-IX Platform is a market-leading, highly secure cloud-based service, which already supports a large number of client instances of Content Manager across commercial and government sectors.
