Since upgrading to CM 10.1 we have noticed an issue with the Records in or Due tray.
In the past we have refined the search & selected the option tick boxes for include persons position & include all locations that you belong to and saved these as default so next time the default will automatically run. However now once you close the window & try to re-run the search it reverts back to being unticked. This is frustrating because we assign actions to positions (not individuals) and will have to refing .
I have tried setting up through global settings as well but that doesn’t seem to make a difference.
Has anyone else come across this issue or have any suggestions to resolve?
