Statistics on source of records registrations

Hi all,

We're trying to identify the most common sources for our electronic records, to understand patterns of working.

Wondering if there's any way I can get a list of records and their source, e.g. in the record properties, under Electronic there is a property called Source Document.. Happy to run a SQL query if necessary - just not sure what table this would be stored in.
