We are using 10.1 Patch 5 is there a way to ensure that documents security level (which are default to Official) is updated to be in line with the container it is placed within, i.e. a Personnel file is Official - Confidential. At the moment I receive security breach emails only when a document is placed into a Personnel file as the document's security level is official the personnel file is rated higher. Would it be better if I created a personnel document and set the security level of that to Official - Confidential.
I had assumed when setting the Copy Style of a document to "Same As Container" that not only would the access controls update to that of the container but also the Security Level would also.
