When I use the 'Search By' dropdown on Content Manager 9 I find the values partially obscured.

Looks like that high DPI scaling is used. Then setting it back to 100% (or at least lower than what it currently is configured as) will probably fix it, but then the you will probably complain about tiny text on your 4k display where you see the DPI setting to be used most often.
Newer versions of CM seem to handle this a bit better.
This was exactly it - going into Windows settings for text size or the scale in display and layout and setting those lower fixed the problem - though everything is of course smaller. Thanks for replying - all solved.
