Schema Upgrade breaks access to dataset

We recently migrated our SQL Server.  The migration appears to have worked fine, but our 3 Datasets had the status "Schema upgrade required (389)".

We started by upgrading Schema for our test Dataset.  It now reads "Schema up to date (390).  After the upgrade, we used the Schema Manager to Check All Items - there were a number of errors, all of which we could repair, except for one - "TSLOCREL - Foreign Keys - FK_IrLocUri1 (TSLOCATION)" - the error reads "The column IrLocURI1 in table TSLOCREL has a data referential integrity error issue".

Everything looks ok on the SQL side.

When I try to access that dataset I get the error message "Login location details are not valid".  No location details were changed, no authentication credentials were changed.

Any thoughts on how to repair the remaining error?  Or how to restore access to this dataset?  I actually had to remove the dataset from the Enterprise Studio, because the server was sending me 2 emails/minute with this message: " Error: Error connecting to database 'DV' for processor 'Content Indexing'. Login location details are not valid."

Any help would be appreciated,

Katie
