Organizations NOT displaying "HAS MEMBERS" hence not able to add users

Here is a real head scratcher!!

The "HAS MEMBERS" options is not available on any existing, or new Organizations!  In this graphic, you can see my account on the left, and the organization I am in on the right.. 

  1. My Memberships
  2. The Organization I am in
  3. the Associations TAB of that Organization
  4. NO 'HAS MEMBERS'

This is on every Organization.  We can go to a user and add them, MEMBER OF, but not via the HAS Members button!

Any Ideas or ways to reset the form?
