We have just upgraded from CM V9.4 to CM 10.1 Patch 4
Every time a user tries to open a document it throws an error and the document will not open correctly, The associated error message is below, this is happening frequently and has become a source of frustration affecting multiple users.
Message : Error extracting record 'ED001300019'. The Record you are attempting to update is not current. It was updated by ****, Service Account Live on 14:21:22. You should refresh your Record and retry your updates.
I tried to check the the suggestion given on the other thread "System Options->Miscellaneous Tab and then check the option near the bottom labeled "Continue to process update transactions when they are based on out of date cached data". this solution was used previously, however it appears to have been been removed in this version. What work around has been implemented for this issue?
