Excel not pulling through data when editing via CM10

Hi 

One of my team members is unable to edit in Excel via CM10. Whenever they want to edit a record, the Excel spreadsheet is blank even though you can see the information when you view the record. All the plugins seem to be working OK. Any advice?

    Just reviewing the forums for posts with no replies - is this still an issue?

    Are you able to confirm the version of CM and Office being used please?

    If the users checks the record out, does it appear in their offline records directory? 

    If opened directly from offline records, are they able to see the contents of the document or is it still blank?

    Is OneDrive configured on the machine? 

    If synchronization is stopped, and the user attempts to edit from CM, do the contents of the file appear?
