We have had various users encounter errors when attempting to use the Blue 'Check out and edit with default application' button. They receive the following error.

We've tried adding the file types of these records to the document viewer if they weren't there already, and updating the users settings to organization standard. Is it simply a case of running the above MSI file or something else? Any input on what the issues are would be appreciated.
