We have two IDCL content engines, we've hit the 10 million limit and indexing for new content has stopped. We are adding 3 new content engines, do we need to move some indexes from the old engines to the new ones and how? I read the post below but the links no longer work. We did raise a case with support but did not get a satisfactory answer.
A couple of new knowledgebase articles you may find useful if one or more of your IDOL content engines are becoming too "full" (e.g. reaching its configured maximum, or hitting the 10M doc licensed limit):
