Hi Folks,

I have installed Content Manager Workgroup Server 24.3 in Windows Server 2022 environment. But whenever I am trying to start the 'Content Manager Workgroup Service' from the Services.msc (Windows Services), I am getting a timeout error. I have checked the Windows Event Viewer Log and all other logs. The only log message I am getting from Windows Event Viewer log as below :

General Message

The Content Manager Workgroup Service service failed to start due to the following error:

The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
