10.1.1054 Patch 5 Freezing for 1 User

Hi All,

I have a user on CM 10.1.1054 Patch 5 whose CM will randomly freeze throughout the day, she is not running any big searches etc, she is the only user in the Dataset this happens too.  Has anyone else come across this, we have tied 3 different laptops and CM will still freeze for her.

    Hi Shelley Mac! 

    If the user has changed machines and the issue is still following them, I would start to look at their user profile. 

    As a test, are you able to create a new PERSON location with the same permissions and associations and assign them to that and see if the issue still occurs?
