IDOL search not working

Trying to test the indexing of IDOL. Following the guidelines as per the link "https://www.microfocus.com/documentation/content-manager/23.4/ContentManager_en/Content/trim_document_content_search.html?tocpath=Content%20Manager%20Help%7CSearching%20Content%20Manager%7CFinding%20records%7C_____2".

Unfortunately, unable to find the options in my Content Manager "Search" as mentioned under section "using document content searching" step #4.

Could you please suggest me how can I test whether my IDOL indexing is working fine or not.

NOTE: My IDOL services are in running state.
