Alert emails not including tr5 as attachment when sent to a group inbox

Hi there, 

Just chasing some information re CM alerts. For some reason when a subscriber is set to a group inbox, the email alert doesn't including the attachment.

But it works as expected when the subscriber is just a stand alone user with a dedicated inbox. They do receive the tr5 link attachment to the record in the email.

This is all while group and individuals are set on the same alert.

For v 23.4 build 124 patch 1 hotfix 3
