Outlook error message

Hi 

I have one user getting the error message "There is an error in XML document (0, 0) have attached screenshot too. 

Does anyone know how I can fix this?  It appears when she clicks on New Email, when she clicks ok a new email form opens, but this is happening each time she clicks new.
