CM annotation features

Hi

We are trying annotation features on CM23. The requirement I am listing below

1. we are trying Sicky notes, highlighter, Scribble strikeout etc. Few options we are able to find but Sticky notes and scrobble not able to get it

2. Once the "View" document on CM desktop is there any options Thumbnail. features.

3. Is Annotation is available for Desktop client , not for WebClient. if it is for WebClient how can we get that,

4, After Modifying the the changes when we tried 'Save as PDF". we are getting one error. Please refer the attached image for the error msg.

Please let me know if there any KD document is available which we can refer for the Annotation features on CM.

    Hi Rinku

    1) Please review the help file for guidance on using the Annotation feature in CM Annotating electronic documents - when you go to New - Annotations you will see an "Annotate" menu across the top of your Create New Annotation window, this will open all available Annotation styles.

    2) Can you please clarify what you mean by "Once the "View" document on CM desktop is there any options Thumbnail. features."?

    3) Creating Annotations is not available in the Web Client.

    4) I have not been able to replicate this issue. I have created Annotations and Saved as PDFs (not zero byte files) successfully. There is a System Option you may have enabled that is preventing you from saving the PDFs/records, review if this is required by your organization, and if not, uncheck it with caution. I'd also be looking at why you're generating a zero byte file when you're creating an Annotation, it doesn't make sense that a zero byte file is being generated from a file that isn't zero bytes.
