Content Manager 23.4

Situation

The users try to create a new Email > Content Manager tab > Attach Record > Error in the application
The user tries to create a new email from Outlook client, go to Content Manager tab > Attach Record and get error:

"Unable to Attach Record. None of the selected items are valid for the chosen action"

From Outlook integration log:
