This article is to guide how to get rid of the Check-in Sent Items pop-up dialog whenever opening Outlook

Environment

Content Manager 10.x
Content Manager 23.x
 

Situation

The user is receiving a Check-In Sent Items dialog every time opening up Outlook.

Cause

The sending items to Content Manager from Outlook may be interrupted beforehand, any email is not selected for processing, it will be presented again for check-in the next time a connection to the workgroup is established.
