When trying a Publish via SharePoint Configuration tool, the error is given: "Token request failed"

Environment

Content Manager 10.1 - 24.x integrate with SharePoint Online

Situation

In the SharePoint Configuration Tool, when trying a Publish, the error below is given:

Microsoft.IdentityModel.SecurityTokenService.RequestFailedException: Token request failed. ---> System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.


Cause

This error may occur when an Admin user trying to configure or update the SharePoint integration's app's secret ID (Azure App). The same error is still given even though creates a new app secret.
