Content Manager Visitor License Feature is deducting license counts from the home dataset

Environment

Content Manager 10.1 onwards
 

Situation

The 'User is a visitor account' option is selected on a users' location properties, the license count is still taken from the visitor dataset and not from the home dataset when the user logs in.

Resolution

The 'visitor licensing' feature only applies to organizations using the 'msp' (managed service provider) license type.  For any other license type, this feature has no affect.
