Content Manager 10.1 Patch 5, Patch 5 Hotfix 1 and Patch 5 Hotfix 2.Situation
End Users receive the following when trying to edit a document that has a hold against it. “Error ‘This operation is not permitted’”
The hold has the “Only prevents changes to the disposition of Records” option ticked, which should grant the users continued access to the document.
Once the hold is removed the document can be edited.
WGS Log shows the following error: Transaction Name :CheckoutDocument/EDMdetails::saveAs/Record update /Active Audit Event add Server-Side ACL validation failed for BobType = Record ,objectUri =xxxx and ACLTYPE =Update Document. [ UPDATE TSRECELEC SET reNameUri = xxx WHERE uri = xxx AND ( reNameUri = 0 OR reNameUri IS NULL ) AND reSID = xxx.DOCX']
Error: This operation is not permitted.
