Content Manager 10.1.x

Situation

When a user is trying to install the IDOL component and faces the error:

Service "Content Manager IDOL Content Service" [TRIMIDOLContent] could not be initialized. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to install system services.

The user already is running CMD with administrator rights.
