A time-out and Insert Disk error are faced when downloading the record using the SERVICE API Document Action

Situation

Using download action over Service API results with Time Out and over logs generated this error message 
Error extracting record. Function request 'Extract document' for Content Manager Workgroup Server 'xxxx' failed. Error detected in an operation on a container file. Details: Insert Disk Error. TRIM.SDK.TrimException: Error extracting record 'xxxxx'. Function request 'Extract document' for Content Manager Workgroup Server 'xxxx' failed. Error detected in a operation on a container file. Details : Insert Disk Error.

Cause

The cause is a CM limitation to download a record from a compressed document stores
