Content Manager 23.4
Situation
Every time users open Office application (MS Word, Excel) and accessing the Content Manager integration buttons, they see the warning:
The Content Manager Add-in is not available for use. Please use Login button to reconnect to Content Manager.
The Login button is visible ( it should be greyed-out):
Once the Login button is selected, the integration works, but the same behavior repeats when users close and re-launch the Office applications.
A default dataset has been selected from Content Manager thick client and users are already logged into thick client.
