Oracle edition requirements for recent versions of Content Manager

Environment

Content Manager Versions 10.0 (if SQL text indexing is enabled), 10.1, 23.3, 23.3, 24.2, 24.3

Situation

The following error is received when attempting to perform a schema upgrade to a recent version of Content Manager:
