An update transaction failed due to a referential integrity problem' error returned when trying to delete Saved Search

When attempting to delete a Saved Search, users encounter an error that prevents the deletion.

Environment

Content Manager 10.x, 23.x


Situation

Users, including the Administrator, encounter below error when attempting to delete certain Saved Searches.


From the WGS logs:
Error: Error executing SQL statement: [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server][SQL Server]The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "FK_sfSearchUri". The conflict occurred in database "TestingDB", table "dbo.TSSEARCHFO", column 'sfSearchUri'.
Details: SQL state and native error code are consecutively  23000 , 547
