My Data protector application is not opening sometimes.
When i open DP software, It show below But not opening GUI.
I have tried to restart DP service "omnisv -restart". But not working.
Somebody Please help.

I have never seen this. What is the DP version and which OS is this? How much memory do you have installed on this client? What happens when you click the "Close" button and wait?

DP version is 23.3 in Windows Server 2022. Memory is 64 GB on the Physical server.
When i click the Close button, software is properly close.
But when i reopen this software, it cannot open and found above new step wizard, cannot see the Software GUI.
I would reinstall the client. You said at the start this is happening "sometimes" ... so it is intermittent!? Once you get in, just repush the User Interface" component to this client. You could also push it to another client to confirm that the problem is only seen with 1 particular client only.
If re-pushing is not helping then hopefully support can find something in debugs. From command line you can run:
manager -debug 1-300 DBG
After that collect the generate logs from ProgramData\OmniBack\tmp and provide them to support after elevating a case.
