Hello everybody!
After adding a second (replication side) StoreOnce (same as source) I want to copy every new backup (source-side dedup) with automated object copy (post backup) via replication to a second StoreOnce, but it failed with "Replication error: Permission denied."
On MA (gateway / different server) debug_d2d.log:
2023-12-29 13:39:27.146321 (local 14:39) : ERROR : 32256_139797133637440 : 1 : D : CMA : osCltDataPrv_ReadBytesLocked : Ln 3682 : GOTO ReturnStatus = -3207 (OSCLT_ERR_PARTIAL_DATA). 2023-12-29 13:39:27.146364 (local 14:39) : ERROR : 32256_139797133637440 : 1 : D : CMA : osCltData_ReadBytes : Ln 3811 : GOTO ReturnStatus = -3207 (OSCLT_ERR_PARTIAL_DATA). 2023-12-29 13:39:27.147440 (local 14:39) : ERROR : 32256_139797133637440 : 1 : D : CMA : osCltDataPrv_ObjectDataSessionStateMachine : Ln 1685 : GOTO ReturnStatus = -3207 (OSCLT_ERR_PARTIAL_DATA).
- the debug_d2d.log could be only 10MB, so it's full at 2 am, how can I adjust the size?
- are those error messages "normal" or is it worth to open a case? (backup to disk session finished always without any error) (debug_d2d.log is everytime "full" on CM and MA)
On StoreOnce I can see that elements (16kb) are added for the copy, but failed with "Taglist" entry on StoreOnce side:
IDB_COPY-D2D03 Replication full 2023|12|29-782 Filesystem Incomplete
Running a backup of e.g. IDB on second StoreOnce with Source-Side Dedup (implicit gateway) and Server-Side Dedup (explicit gateway (MA)) finished without any issues.
So StoreOnce and Store on DP looks fine and are working well.
Can someone explain where the Access Denied error message come from? (if not I would open a case)
CM: Win2k22 / DP 11.01
MA/IS: SLES15SP5 / DP.11.01
Thank you!
Best regards,
Tobias
