Dear Community,
I updated to version 23.3 and I see that there is a Session menu on the Home page.
However, when I open a Session, I get a 500 error.
What could be the problem ?
Thank you in advance.

So it looks like the Home context is generally working and you can also list sessions, but see this error when opening a session. This error code 500 is very generic, so difficult to say what's causing it. I would check server.log and DPserver.log. Please open a support ticket to get it investigated further if you need help.

I checked this logs and i didn't see any problem in Dserver.log but i saw many warning entry in the serves.log.
It seems i need open support ticket.
Thx Koen.
I got a hold of the logs you provided through the case. I'm a bit confused as I find errors similar to a known issue, but that one was leading to a GUI crash. That's not what you're seeing at all, right?
Could you maybe provide the logs once more after reproducing the issue and please mention the exact time of reproduction (HH:MM:SS). Please upload the logs through the case. I'll let the assigned engineer know to share them with me. Thanks.

I uploaded new log files.
The compressed file also contains a video of the error.
The time of error: 09:19 , I didn't record the exact second.
Great. Can you also provide the server.log and DPserver.log again please? Thanks.

I'm done , uploaded :)
Thanks. I checked the logs and indeed, to my surpise I must say, no errors at all logged. I do see however that the omnidb commands that should appear are not seen neither. Something is definitely wrong with the Application Server. The only idea I currently would have is to run omniasfix.pl. Note there are some possible concerns. Please check the link.
If you decide it's OK to run this then let us know the result please. If it doesn't change anything then support will need to elevate a case to the labs I guess.

Hello Koen,
i tried the omniasfix command but the error is still there.
Frankly, no idea what may be going on currently. Did you have a support case already? Someone may need to take a closer look into it.

Hello everyone,
is there anything new about this problem?
we have exactly the same after the update from 10.91 --> 23.4
Doesn't bother us now as we don't use the Hometab at all at the moment, but it should still work perfectly.
