After upgrading to v11.01, how do I reconnect my storeoncesoftware to the store used with the previous version?
Can you explain in detail what was done during the upgrade please? Was it a real upgrade or did you run a fresh install of 11.01 and migrated data over? Was the StoreOnce software store root moved or was it not touched? Is there still data in the store root directories (check disk space)? If the data is still there then you may just have lost the system.db (ProgramData\OmniBack\Config\client\StoreOnceSoftware). If that's the case you may find a copy of it in D:\StoreOncelibrary\StoreOncelibrary\system.db.bak.

Hi,
It was an upgrade following this as a guideline.
Migrate workflow for Windows system - Data Protector (microfocus.com)
StoreOnce was not moved/ touched during the process.
OK, I cannot see any instruction to copy over the system.db from ProgramData\OmniBack\Config\client\StoreOnceSoftware. You already tried that now?
