Upgrade from 10.80 to 10.91

When I try to upgrade HP Data Protector from version 10.80 to 10.91, I encounter an error. I'm running the installer as an Administrator.

[CRITICAL_DETAIL] Keycloak Database initialization failed with the output:
  Keycloak Database creation succeeded.
  Could not connect to the IDB.

    So what's the goal of the upgrade from an unsupported version to another unsupported version?

    Was this a 10.80 cell server on a virtual server or a physical one? If it was virtual then you may already be back at 10.80 by reverting to the old image?! If that's not a possibility then going back to 10.80 will be difficult. That's what experience tells us.

    Your best chance is to run omniasfix on the 10.91. It is not available by default on this version, but you can get it from support.

    but I don't have active support and can't contact support. Will the file omniasfix from version 11 work?
