Resuming a failed backup

When I try to resume a failed backup I get the message below. This occures on all 4 of my Cell Managers after upgrading to version 10.70. These are all Windows CM's. The "resume backup" worked fine with version 10.30. I do have a ticket open but it has been open for over 1 week.

 

Resuming this backup session is not supported because the resume point record is not available.

Please use omnib -restart or run a new backup.

None of the Disk Agents completed successfully.

Session has failed.
