Advanced Scheduler is not working (DP v9.06)

Using Data Protector v9.06. Cell Manager is WIndows 2012. We migrated from a Windows 2008 server reciently and Advanced Scheduler stopped working.

When I open a backup job and select Advanced Scheduler, I get the following message:

HTTP Error - 500
