Data Protector 9 problem

  • I have deployed Data Protector 9 using HP 1/8 G2 Autoloader Ultrium 3000 LTO5 SAS (BL536A). Here is latest status

But i have a problem when trying to format data cartridges. I'm using C7974A which has been used with Data Protector Express earlier. Here is the result after i tried to import.

  • Verified Answer

    That is a block size problem, DP 9 defaults to 256KB maybe your HBA does not support that blocksize, try changing blocksize on tape drive properties.
