DP9: util_sap.exe response not making sense

When I tried to connect DP it get the error that it can't connect and oracle isn''t available.

s928-dbsapes1:orasnd 3> logout

(root@s928-dbsapes1)# ./util_sap.exe -CONFIG SND /oracle/SND/112_64 system/*******@SND /usr/sap/SND/SYS/exe/run /oracle/SND

*RETVAL*8100

ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied

SP2-0640: Not connected

sqlcode 1017

 

BUT I can connect

s928-dbsapes1:orasnd 1> sqlplus system/*******@SND

How might I hunt this issue down?

    Works. Now.  Dude doing SAP system upgrade took away rights of the system user.  Once I put them back all was good.

    SQL> select * from v$pwfile_users;

    USERNAME SYSDB SYSOP SYSAS

    ------------------------------ ----- ----- -----

    SYS TRUE TRUE FALSE

    SQL> grant sysdba, sysoper to system;

    Grant succeeded.

    SQL> exit

    Disconnected from Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.4.0 - 64bit Production

    s928-dbsapes1:orasnd 7> exit

    s928-dbsapes1:orasnd 8> logout

    (root@s928-dbsapes1)# cd /opt/omni/lbin

    (root@s928-dbsapes1)# ./util_sap.exe -CONFIG SND /oracle/SND/112_64 system/*******@SND /usr/sap/SND/SYS/exe/run /oracle/SND

    *RETVAL*0
