DATA PROTECTOR -- Backup Issues --- Cannot back up files with a pathname longer than 1024 characters!

There is any document in Data Protector where it shows this limitation?

Or is there any variable on the side of the backup tool to solve this type of problem?

The pathname is logged in the debug.log file on the client. You should see something similar to the following in the debug.log which should point you to the pathname in question.
