DP10.30 Faulting application bsm.exe, dbsm.exe

Hello,

We have a Cell Manager Windows 2016 with DP10.30 installed.

Lately some backup jobs are failing with various messages such as

and at the same time, we get multiple messages in the server's Event Viewer for the bsm.exe:

When we check the DP services, they all are up and running.

"omnidbchek -extended" command usually runs with no errors. We've got errors only one time and after we restarted the DP services and checked the IDB again, everything was ok.

What is happening?

Please help!
