(DP) Support Tip: Actions in context menu of Internal Database unavailable

Problem

Actions in Internal Database (e.g. Remove Session) are unavailable (disabled, grayed out) the after upgrade from an earlier Data Protector version to 10.70, 10.80 or 10.90

Information

The admin group in KeyCloak is missing the Security Admin credential.

Workaround

If you are on Data Protector 10.80 or 10.90, close the Data Protector GUI on the Cell Manager and all clients and run the commands omniusers -addroles and omniusers -update_admin_group to resolve the issue.

If you are on Data Protector 10.70, contact Micro Focus support for the instructions to resolve the issue in KeyCloak.
