Error Message
After upgrading from DP10.40 to DP10.70, sybase backup fails .
OB2BAR starts and dump command runs , but BMA doesn't start up, then the backup session fails .

[Normal] From: OB2BAR@hostname "DB" Time: 7/1/2020 11:02:03 AM
Open Client API reported: Backup Server session id is: 49. Use this value when executing the 'sp_volchanged' system stored procedure after fulfilling any volume change request from the Backup Server.

[Normal] From: BSM@hostname "BARLIST" Time: 07/01/20 11:10:06
OB2BAR application on "hostname" disconnected.

Cause
During Sybase backup, DP creates a config file under <DP_DataDir>/tmp on Sybase Server .
The naming rules of the config file has been changed since DP10.50 .(QCCR2A82580)
If the old config file still exists , OB2BAR tries reading the old one and unexpected error situation might happen .

- Old file name
Sybase_<Instance Name>.cfg

- New file name
Sybase_<Instance Name>_<OB2BARLIST Name>.cfg

Workaround / Fix
Please remove the old config file if it still exists .
