Error Message
After upgrading from DP10.40 to DP10.70, sybase backup fails .
OB2BAR starts and dump command runs , but BMA doesn't start up, then the backup session fails .

Cause
During Sybase backup, DP creates a config file under <DP_DataDir>/tmp on Sybase Server .
The naming rules of the config file has been changed since DP10.50 .(QCCR2A82580)
If the old config file still exists , OB2BAR tries reading the old one and unexpected error situation might happen .

- Old file name
Sybase_<Instance Name>.cfg

- New file name
Sybase_<Instance Name>_<OB2BARLIST Name>.cfg

Workaround / Fix
Please remove the old config file if it still exists .
