(DP) Support Tip: Automated Replication Synchronization failed because MSM could not be started

Automated Replication Synchronization failed by the following error .

[60:1055] Unable to start MSM for import on machine .

Data Protector is unable to start MSM on foreign cell server.

* Check if the foreign cell server is accessible.
* Check that the correct user access are set on foreign cell server.
* Check if Data Protector services are running on foreign cell server.

It seems that the Cell Manager certificate is not configured .

Workaround / Fix
The Cell Manager certificate is configured during importing the foreign Cell Manager .
Please follow the steps "Import the foreign Cell Manager" described in Documentation and confirm if any error appears during the operation .
