Unable to export tape from GUI - error : Details unknown

Symptoms

 

Export tapes from a Media Pool that have been earmarked for shredding, but keep getting "Error - Details Unknown" when clicking Export

 

problem happens on GUI, not from CLI

DP version: 10.50

Diagnosis

 the problem is in dbsm code, where we are passing invalid format

Solution

provide hotfix DP1050_b306_QCCR2A84769_HF1_win
