New license keys have not been recognised in DP, while the emergency license is recognised.

Issue

New licenses are not detected by Data Protector after upgrading

Environment

Analysis

The IP was correct
The CRS service account exists in omniusers list
Emergency licenses work


Cause

The license definition file (omnipdf.txt) file in /config/server/autopassj, was not upgraded properly. As such, it cannot decode new license keys properly. 

Resolution

Replace current omnidpf.txt file with one from DP_Data_Dir\OmniBack\NewConfig\Server\autopassJ\ or take it from a working Cell Manager with the same version of DP.
