Cause

The destination device library is not properly configured.

Resolution

​​​With Automatic Replication Synchronization (ARS), there are three devices that are needed to be configured.

1) The source device/library which exists on the primary cell.

2) The destination device/library which exists on the primary cell.

3) The foreign cell destination device/library which exist on the foreign cell.

The IP address/SAN WWN and the store must be identical on the the destination device/library (primary cell) and the foreign cell destination device/library.
